Who we are

Flux Tailor LLC ("Flux Tailor," "we," "us") is a New York-based company that builds data infrastructure for the energy transition. This policy covers data collected through fluxtailor.com and our related services.

What we collect

Contact forms

When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Scheduling

If you schedule a consultation, we use a third-party scheduling service that collects your name, email, and selected time slot. Calendar data is processed through Google Calendar.

Payments (Stripe)

Product purchases and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Flux Tailor does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy governs the processing of your payment data.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4). As we have configured it, Google Consent Mode v2 sets analytics and advertising storage to "denied" by default, and we do not request the consent that would change that state — so on our site GA4 runs in a cookieless mode: it sets no analytics or advertising cookies and assigns no persistent identifier. Under denied consent, GA4 still sends Google aggregated, cookieless measurement pings; granting consent (which we do not request) would enable cookies and full measurement. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising cookies, ads personalization, or cross-site tracking. Google processes this data as our processor under the applicable Google Ads Data Processing Terms (which govern Google Analytics). For transfers of personal data outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, Google relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions where applicable, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback safeguard.

How we use your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months.
